Optimism vs realism
An outlook of enthusiasm, and empowerment actually takes more effort than defaulting to a negative or complaining mindset.

"But I just want to be realistic," you might say.

Great!
But remember that "being realistic" is a coin with two sides.

It not only means being honest about challenge and struggle, but being honest about your own creative potential as well.

It IS realistic for you to recognize the power of your mind, choose optimism, visualize your target, and achieve it.

New world in the morning
Having a crappy day? Remember that everything will feel better in the morning.

Get some quality sleep. Start at it again tomorrow.

Persevere persevere persevere.
