Give Value Up Front

If you want to pitch a dream company (or any company), start by giving value up front, no ask. For example:

-Re-post, share, or comment on their social media posts
-Write a blog post about why the company is awesome (here’s one I wrote in 2017)
-Reach out to an employee to buy ’em a coffee and ask curious questions about the company
-Show up to their live events or webinars and create value in the chat

This will warm you up, put your name on the company’s radar, and help you learn about them. Then, you could make a powerful pitch, to bust down the job hunt fence!

Give give give.
