Know Thyself

As I wrote in 23 Tips to Crush Your Career in 2023, it's key to know yourself.

What does that look like? Cycling in times during the week for self-reflection.

Taking walks.
Journaling.
Asking yourself hard questions and being honest.
Building EQ, knowing how you feel when you do certain things or work for certain companies.

Hold a bias for action, yes. Also take time to learn what you think and feel about the effects of that action.
