Don’t Take it Personally

It sucks when you get a generic job rejection email. First they punch you with the “no” itself, and then they punch you with whatever lame language that an ATS spat out.

It’s ok to be bummed for a minute, but don’t take it personally. Just move on.

Better yet, for the next job you want, skip the ATS, job board, and resume.

Send something better in an email to a human.
