Don't Take it Personally

It sucks when you get a generic job rejection email. First they punch you with the "no" itself, and then they punch you with whatever lame language that an ATS spat out.

It's ok to be bummed for a minute, but don't take it personally. Just move on.

Better yet, for the next job you want, skip the ATS, job board, and resume.

Send something better in an email to a human.

Pitch this Customer Success Role

We got a job alert, y'all. Check out Catapult.gg. This cool org helps gaming brands do marketing. They're looking for a customer success/onboarding person. Fully remote.

Go ahead. Email your pitch to Nik, the co-founder (nik@catapult.gg). It doesn't even have to be video. Tell him why you love the company and why you'd be awesome! Do it!!
