Make someone’s day.
Think about it. Lots of recruiters and hiring managers wake up in the morning and sift through hundreds of cover letters and resumes. Does that task bring much joy?
What if you emailed them a custom pitch saying how much you LOVE their company. Address them by name. Look at their LinkedIn and come up with a compliment, or a comment on a shared interest.
Create value and make them smile!
Humanize the job hunt. When you do this, you become memorable.
And you jump to the top 1% of job seekers.
