Non-Permission Mindset
In school we asked, “am I allowed to do this?” all the time. We sought approval on our ideas.
Then on the job hunt, we assume we need to do what is “required.” We don’t take initiative. We send a resume and wait by the phone.
Forget all that! What employers really want is someone who creates value.
Prove your value. Take charge.
It doesn’t matter what the “rules” say. Don’t wait for permission to make your future happen.
