No More Waiting
One of the hardest parts of the job hunt is waiting to hear back.
Waiting to see if someone responds to your email.
Waiting to see if you get an interview, or an offer.
What if instead of just waiting, you started creating?
For example, after you send an application or pitch, keep creating by writing a blog post about why you love that company. Then send that.
Or after the interview, create a 30-day action plan for what you'll do once you get the job. Then send that.
Keep pouring on the value creation. Go above and beyond. Really, would any employer say, "this person created way too much for us."?
Of course not.
