The Resistance of the Video
Often people will delay in making a video pitch because there are subconscious fears that manifest in self-doubt:
“People will reject me.”
“I’m not good on camera.”
“I’m not going to say the right things.”
Move through this Resistance and just shoot a 30 second video pitch. It’s going to be good enough. The very fact that you would send one puts you in the top of the applicant pool.
